Privacy statement
I would like to inform you about the data I collect about you and the way I use it, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia and the nature of the educational and advisory services I provide.
What data do I keep and why do I need it?
Name and age – basic information that helps me identify you and adapt the educational process to your needs.
Address, email address, phone number – used exclusively for communication regarding scheduling and conducting educational sessions and programs. I will generally use the channel through which you first contacted me, unless we agree otherwise.
Emergency contact (optional) – you may provide a contact person for emergencies, but this is not mandatory.
Session notes – I keep brief working notes about educational sessions, stored on a secure, password‑protected computer. Notes are used solely to track progress and prepare more effectively for future meetings.
WILL I SHARE YOUR DATA AND WITH WHOM?
Your data will not be sold or used for unethical purposes. Data may only be shared in the following situations:
• If required by a court or other competent authority.
• If there is a serious and immediate danger to you or others.
In all other cases, your data remains confidential and accessible only to me.
HOW LONG DO I KEEP YOUR DATA AND HOW IS IT REMOVED?
Data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last educational session or program, unless legal regulations require otherwise. After this period, all documents and notes are permanently deleted, and your phone number is removed from the business mobile phone.
Your rights
As a client, you have the right to:
• request access to your data,
• request correction of inaccurate data,
• withdraw consent for its processing,
• request deletion of data before the retention period expires, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY
All educational materials (texts, audio, video) you receive during collaboration are the intellectual property of the entrepreneur and are intended solely for your personal use. Sharing, copying, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
