Terms of use
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions related to the provision of educational and advisory services in the field of personal development.
The services I provide are intended for learning and personal growth. They do not represent medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. By booking a session, you agree to the stated terms and conditions. If you are unable or unwilling to agree, please do not reserve a session.
Note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in loss of payment.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
If available, you may be offered a free 30‑minute online consultation. During this consultation, no educational sessions will be conducted. The purpose of the consultation is to clarify the goals you wish to work on and to assess whether we can collaborate. Estimates regarding the number of sessions are approximate and may change.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Personal development sessions and programs are scheduled in advance. Payment is made to the entrepreneur’s business account, in accordance with applicable tax regulations of the Republic of Serbia: account number: provided via email Payment must be completed at least 2 business days before the scheduled session. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, the paid amount is non‑refundable. Services represent compensation for time and professional work, not a guarantee of specific results.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations or rescheduling must be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email. Refunds are not possible for cancellations made within a shorter period. If a package has been prepaid and the client decides to discontinue, a proportional refund will be issued, reduced by the sessions already held.
FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All fees will be clearly presented before booking. Payment is made via bank transfer (primary method).
CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS
Communication between sessions takes place via email during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 17:00). Messages received outside working hours will be processed on the next business day. Communication via social media is not considered an official channel for scheduling or confirming sessions.
SESSION ATTENDANCE
Please be available at the scheduled start time of your educational session. If you are late, notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to provide the full session length, but this depends on the schedule after your appointment, and the session may be shortened if you are not available on time.
Session duration
The standard duration of an individual educational session is 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in advance via email or another written communication channel (e.g., contract, orientation email).

During the educational process, I commit to act professionally and respectfully. The client agrees to:
• not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances,
• not display violent or offensive behavior.
Otherwise, I reserve the right to terminate collaboration without refund.
EDUCATIONAL AUDIO MATERIALS
Clients may receive audio recordings for independent practice (e.g., guided relaxation).
• Recordings are for personal use only.
• Sharing, copying, or selling is prohibited.
• Recordings should not be used while driving or engaging in activities requiring full attention.
• These materials serve as support for learning and personal development and do not represent therapy.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All contacts and sessions are confidential. Information may be disclosed only:
• with your written consent,
• by court order,
• if there is a risk of harm to self or others,
• in cases where a child or minor is at risk.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Entrepreneur Ivana Petrović is not responsible for the client’s decisions and actions outside the educational process. The client acknowledges that results depend on their personal engagement and willingness to apply learned techniques.
DATA PROTECTION
The client confirms agreement that their personal data will be used solely for scheduling and delivering educational services, in accordance with the entrepreneur’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the official website.
QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
If you have a question or complaint regarding the educational process, please inform us promptly. We will strive to find a solution within the possibilities and mutual agreement. Please contact us in writing via email. Timely notification means during the educational process, but no later than 30 days after the end of collaboration.
COPYRIGHT
All educational materials (texts, audio, video, manuals) are the intellectual property of the entrepreneur and may not be distributed, copied, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
LANGUAGE AND TRANSLATION
These Terms and Conditions are written in Serbian. In case of discrepancies between the Serbian version and a translation into another language, the Serbian version shall prevail.
REVISIONS AND UPDATES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice. The updated version will be available on the entrepreneur’s official website.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. In case of dispute, the courts of the Republic of Serbia shall have jurisdiction.
CLIENT DECLARATION
By signing this document, I confirm that I have read and accept these terms and conditions. I understand that the services provided are educational and advisory in the field of personal development, and not medical or psychological treatment.
